Before we arrive

What is not covered unless agreed?

Some tasks require specialist equipment, extra time or separate services. These may include stained or damaged blinds, sticker or hook removal, moving furniture, ceiling cleaning, specialist tile and grout cleaning, and other work outside the agreed scope. Full-wall scrubbing or washing is an additional service and must be agreed separately. Cleaning furniture, furnishings, appliances, kitchenware, linen and other household contents in furnished properties is not included unless agreed in advance. This may include couches, chairs, tables, bedside tables, entertainment units, lamps, outdoor furniture, bed frames and mattresses; refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, toasters, kettles, coffee makers and other small kitchen appliances; and crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. Personal belongings should be removed before cleaning.
